Frequently Asked Questions- horseback riding

• Closed-toe shoes without a heel (or with a heel less than 1")
• Comfortable cotton pants or jeans

*Remember you will be riding on a leather saddle

• After payment is made, your scheduled date and time is locked in 
• No refunds will be provided
• Rescheduling is permitted but must occur at least 24 hours prior to the date of the reservation. After which rescheduling is no longer an option; customer is free to book a new reservation for the listed price at the time of booking. 
• If Fresh Daily Farms (FDF) has to reschedule due to weather they will provide a rain check, no refunds. This is strictly enforced. 

 All participants must be at least 7 years old.

• Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 7 days. 
• Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. 
• Cancellations 29 to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. 
• Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable. 
• Contact freshdailyatl@gmail.com to discuss rescheduling. If cancellations occur after rescheduling the cancellation/refund policy will be based on initial booking date. 

No. All decorations and furniture need to be provided by the host.  Please call or email to discuss the possibilities.
